• Policy opportunities for state and local governments, with a focus on the intersection of intensifying agricultural production, climate resilience, and water quality
• Utilizing economic levers to limit fertilizer inputs – specifically fertilizer taxes and pricing
• Parallels between Everglades restoration and the Great Lakes

• Silvia Secchi, Professor of Geography and Sustainability at the University of Iowa
• David Kanter, Professor of Environmental Studies at New York University
• Al Steinman, Professor of Water Resources, and the Director of Annis Water Resources Institute at Grand Valley State University
