Nicole Chavas, Chicago, Illinois is President and COO of Greenprint Partners, a WBE sustainable planning and civil engineering firm that specializes in nature-based solutions for stormwater management and community resiliency. A co-founder of the firm, Nicole leads Greenprint strategy, business development and operations, overseeing a team of urban planners, engineers, and community engagement professionals in their shared mission to get the most good out of green infrastructure. Her success rallying capital, talent, and partnerships around nature-based solutions and more draws on a decade advocating for ESG solutions in investment management and real estate. Nicole earned her BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
